July 17th, 2009 07:24 PM #13TS, the cost of 2.5 4x4 gls strada is too high at P1.270M+/- against your P1.10M budget. You're very OK if you down grade to GLX at P0.918M with enough spare for mods of your choice..FC is also a plus due to power to weight ratio in your favour..I've been a Ford car owner but it's a letdown on its Hilux models..I'm singling out the very tight rear door access..nakakadismaya..

July 17th, 2009 11:58 PM #14Mali ang comparo brand ko..sorry..I was referring to a Ranger not a Hilux..personally hilux is OK but ride is too harsh at the back seat..nakasakay nko tagtag tlga..

The 2.5 hilux is underpowered imo, unless you do mostly city driving with minimal loads the strada gls looks more like a better prospect.
Without more context like when was the last time these items were serviced/replaced, it's hard to...
