may nasakyan akong a few months old avanza taxi going to makati....

I cannot comment SA RIDE on other brands coz i never drove or ride on it pa...

Maliban sa resale value ng chevy really sucks!!! ewan ko lang sa diesel...

Ford Eco sport naman its too small...

baka mas ok pa Diesel Auv like crosswind, adventure or the innova...

Mukhang mas solid lang build ng spin sa avanza. Baka medyo masikip kaya pakiramdam ko hindi safe hehheh. 2nd hand innova nlng

Taxi drivers usually over inflate the rear tires since sometimes passengers have heavy items.

ok naman ang after sales ng chevy. people are just scared to buy chevy cars due to fear of non-availability of parts. but i beg to disagree. im sure may available parts. though i agree na mababa ang resale value. sa akin naman, pagkalabas ng casa, medyo matagal pa masira ang sasakyan natin dahil brand new naman. so di masyadong malaking issue sa akin ang after sales.

per experience, I would never buy a chevy again. The spin maybe an exception bec. it's somehow a workhorse with its diesel engine but still mas marami pa din bumibili ng Ford Ecosport vs. the Spin. so in the parts and maintenance dept, question mark pa din itong spin.

The Ford Ecosport is creating a new ecosystem of increasing owners. Yun ang mag-dedecide if this car will be cheaper to maintain in the long run. More owners mean more Traders will parallel import its parts at hindi ka lang casa-dependent.

per experience, Ford and Chevy casa are milking cows for me, as I have both owned the brands. The only reason why I kept my Ford is because there are many Ford parts out there (Banawe) than Chevy's and more mechanics knowledgeable on Fords.

kung sa CASA ka lang aasa, better stay away from these brands. It's like buying a MacBook, and you can't have it fixed sa Greenhills and therefore, lagi sa Powermac.

I only rode in Avanzas using taxis usually airport runs. Talagang gising ako sa tagtag nito. good coz it makes me alert in morning flights lol. I don't know about the higher end Avanza models, maybe they have better suspensions ??
