I am planning to get a japanese converted pajero 2.8 1995 model sa japan o 1999 dito. what say nyo? I brought along a mechanic and he said that the engine is still good, 111,000 km na bago pa ang tires at mags, slightly scratched sides, bull bar with 2 big(8 inch) fog lights, ladder and tire case cover na bakal yung side tapos hars plastic yung gitna. madumi lang ang luob pero workable. :?:
comments please bilis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
gusto ko rin sana pa buff at retouch yung mga gasgas,
lagyang ng fake wood paneling,
palinis ng luob, seats, floor, dashboard retouch,
saan magaling at bagkano??????? :?:

January 25th, 2003 11:18 PM #33i have a friend that knows a mechanic that does conversion. basically, he said that even though how good the conversion is there is still that factor that being converted that it has problems. something worth thinking or taking into consideration. i would personally get a pajero here.

yung friend ko, bumili ng trooper/big horn sa subic, so converted sya. it took him 4-5 na atras/abante para magbwelta (tama ba spelling?) sa road sa labas ng haus namin. e yung patrol ko, 2-3 lang kuha na.

ser litoh::: i have personally taken a Pajero J-Top for a test drive. Ganda ng porma from the outside, but the one ive driven seems to have a steering bias. di po pantay liko. All the proof i need however, is the sheer number of privately owned converted "for sale" units by owners who are not into the buy and sell trade. I think its been discussed already somewhere in this forum. If you buy converted, expect to pay around 100k more for repairs. And then again, thats still no guarantee na di kayo bibigyan ng sakit ng ulo later on.
Goodluck sir and happy hunting. :D

sa akin lang, as with pajerokid, i'll never consider owning/driving a converted RHD vehicle
