Same scenario when i got my MS, 4300 ang difference a month between PO and inhouse. Although i have to pay 100k more initially, but after 5 yrs i will save 140k from interest.

But as i've said, di naman siguro ganun kalaki for 36 months since shorter ang term. Anyways, just enjoy your amazing ride. Dont think about the interest rate too much.

pag in house, fiancing dapat wais kayo kahihirit ng discount sa dealer kasi magkakatalo yan at the end of 5 years sa bank and 5 years sa in house: for example kumuha yung officemate ko ng innova e na d4d

binigay lang sa kanaya ng ganito ung presyo:

    DP: 69k
    MA: 19,603
Free: insurance, tint, 1k, 5k, matt, tint, chattel mortgage and madami pa po.

sa lahat ng bank na inaplyan niya need niya maglabas ng mga more or less 250k tapos ang MA mga 17k (nakalimutan ko na last year pa kasi, pero more or less) pa din. so parang sa pagkakatanda ko ng computation namin sa duration of 60 months, lumalabas kung nagbank siya 23k lang matitipid niya.

Nakakatakot yung low down payment. Ibig sabihin babawian ka sa interest. Laki ng monthly mo nyan sir. I work previously on bank thats why I know. And dun talaga kumikita banks at dealer sa promo na low down payment.
