September 20th, 2018 10:48 AM #52Malaki ba difference in real world yung 120 hp ni brv vs 100 to 105 hp ng xpander and other new gen mpvs? Pwede ko naman extend konti ang budget...

Don't just look at those HP/Torque figures. You have to consider the weight of the vehicles. A Vios is not that quick already, what more if you use that same engine on a heavier platform (Rush).
Look to the subcompacts (Jazz, Mazda2, Fiesta) if you want something fun to drive at less than 1M.

September 20th, 2018 12:48 PM #55ronald,
Ayan maganda advice sayo. Try mo yung jazz. Ganito kasi yan. Next may kachurchmate ako, pinadrive ako alterra. Same feeling.

Kaya ang hanap ko oldest na siguro yung 2015 if I am going to the 2nd hand route. Then not more than 20 or 30k mileage sana..

September 20th, 2018 06:37 PM #59Lowest resale value among the PPVs is the previous gen Everest. Trucklike yes, but gives better performance than your Innova and has more space. Suspension is very well equipped to ferry 10 or more if push comes to shove. Given that it uses leaf springs at the rear, I won't be surprised if payload actually matches its pickup brethren.
As to the Mobilio, if I'm not mistaken, while it is ahead in terms of horsepower, torque is similar to the Xpander, Rush and Avanza. So you'd fare better on the highway, but it will just be the same on the inclines.

Choice I would have made as well.
2024 Innova Zenix 2.0 V CVT (non-HEV) vs Innova...
