Tough choice. The lancer has a high fuel consumption while the accent has an engine knock. Seeing as I would be spending a lot on the purchase (nice bank rates by the way) I would go with a safer bet yaris or jazz maybe, new swift is coming out soon too. I heard there may be a big discount for the old swift since the new one is coming out(70k or something I don't know if it's true). But to answer your question though and if the engine knock were resolved though I'd go with the accent.

i have a same problem guys.. newbie lng din aq s pag bili ng auto.. nde din aq mka pili between lancer and accent, so 22o pla n my problema s accent.. ang lancer nman maganda ang makina at matipid s gas.. (15km/ltr) city driving yan, sbi p nung ahente n kausap q kanina eh aabot p daw ng 18km/ltr.. ayos no? kya lng medyo oldschool n ung dating ng lancer skin eh.. full size sedan.. ung accent nman ang nkka badtrip lng d2 eh ggwin ng taxi 2.. kc actually halos npuntahan q n ung mga casa ng hyundai d2 s manila eh.. ippace out n daw ung accent ng 2010 kc tirik ung makina s 24hrs driving.. isa pang problema q eh ang resale value ng auto.. xempre mganda ang lancer pag dating d2.. peo be practical guys, ano p din ang m issugest nio skin?
guys nkita nio n din b ang elantra? astig din, kung my mag ccity lng din, i suggest n mag elantra n lng.. bangis ng looks at di papahuli s performance ng honda..
