January 31st, 2015 11:35 PM #1Relatively newbie
I just want a general view on what are the pros and cons of each. This is mainly coming from why have I seen a lot of Fortuners on the road and very few Rav4s.
Thanks guys!

February 1st, 2015 03:14 AM #4Rav4.
Pros: Di ka mapagkakamalang mid age man with 3 grown up kids and 5 apo's.
Cons: You can't declare to everyone na youre a mid age family man with 3 grown up kids with 5 apos without saying it.

February 1st, 2015 11:07 AM #6To see why you are 'getting more metal' with the Fortuner vs the RAV, take a look at the underlying car platform.
Fortuner - Based off the Hilux platform -- base price of "original" car ~800K PHP.
RAV4 - Based off the Camry platform -- base price of "original" car ~1.4M PHP.
**Note this is a very very crude way of looking at it, but the price difference does say something.
The Fortuner is a more rugged vehicle, but the RAV will definitely drive better. What you buy depends talaga on what you need.
