ang masasabi ko pre, ito lang natutunan ko from my 12 years of owning and driving a car...

If mcdo is civic and jollibee is altis.. and lancer is burger king..

WHY DO YOU THINK MAS MARAMING KUMAKAIN SA JOLLIBEE/MCDO than BURGER KING if you are referring to taste of food..

I have been driving a lancer since 1996 model and clearly, pagdating sa daan kaunti lang makikita mong lancer? bakit kaya? kasi panget ang taste ng mga filipino kaya they would go for civic or altis? simple logic lang yan.. and bakit kaya ang daming montero at fortuner sa daan ngayun at kakaunti lang ang ford everest?

I have been comparing all 3 cars under 1M for a year now before i chose altis...

    luxury is for altis..
sportiness is for civic and lancer..
but for looks, its between civic and altis..

so picked up luxury over sportiness.. anyway, city driving lang naman ako lagi.. pero 1.6 altis now has 120hp under the hood..

but if going to choose between the 2.0s there.. of course I will choose lancer.. feature packed narin plus 155hp pa.
kaso over 1M na sila e..
sinagot ko lang si sir chong.

Go for the lancer Ex 2.0 CVt.very reliable ang cvt's ng mitsu develop by jatco.not like the hondas CVT(city) and Nissan CVT (murano) problematic after you reach 40,000km.but if your going to choose between LAncerEX 2.0 CvT and the NEw Corolla 2.0 CVTi..kahit san na diyan.

Ganun ba bro? akala ko toyota at honda nagbabakbakan sa resale value with mitsu coming in third then Nissans and the koreans scraping the bottom of the barrel.

Guys if you are going to buy a brand new car based on it's resale value, then you are buying the wrong car whatever car you choose.

    Why?

Because the depreciation of a brand new car will be the biggest during it's first two years.

So if you are going to buy a car based on it's resale value, buy a 2 to 3 year old used car.

You really have a point sir. I guess mali lang yung pagkakatanong ko. What im trying to say is, what if after six-seven years, when it is time for you to get a new car, based from this brands (mitsu, toyota) anu kaya ang may mas mataas na resale value?
