aba! 4G63 rin pala ang 2.0L gas L300 V.V... eh di pwede to i-modify upto 900hp?! hehehe...

but seriously, i vote for the diesel variant. i have an uncle who has a gas variant who runs almost 3-4km/l. he calls it "Expedition".

My 10 year old,slightly dilapidated,2 to 3 times a year lang i change oil. A/C less L3 FB still manages to deliver 30-35 5 gal jugs of drinking water per trip everyday. Now thats what i call workhorse!!

kumusta naman ung mileage/hp/torque difference between the 2.5 and 3.0 diesel? negligible lang ba?

pag ipang nenegosyo mo, diesel hands down.

7km/L lang ba tlga yung gas version matakaw pla, kung ex. biyahe ako ng baguio-manila balikan mga 680kms gagasto ako ng 4k sa gas compared sa diesel na mga 2k.Tanong ko lang guys kung may nagbiyahe na sa inyo baguio-manila balikan gamit L300 na gas kung magkano konsumo nio ng gas? Na-try ko na kc yung diesel prang hirap umakyat lalo na sa kennon road kahit konti lang sakay nia.

l300 gas nadala ko na sa baguio, 3000 gas ko, galing pa kami san carlos pangasinan to san fabian labas kami ng damortis la union at saka kami umakyat ng kennon, pagdating sa akyatan, malakas. hindi ka ibibitin, 9 kami na sakay. last summer lang ito.

Hi! Bago lang (Kahit luma na L300 vv gas).

Last April 2007 nabili ko(2nd hand) L300 vv gas ko.

Mas matakaw siya sa gas, if you we're running windows down(when cruising 80KM/H up)

This is private use only, ayoko na ng kotse.

Ok naman sa akin ang fuel consumption niya. Pero may ititipid pa pala.

Dual fuel na siya(LPG and gasoline).

Diba yung L300 Exceed Gasoline yan??? At yung Gas na L300 Versa Van carburated??

The gas version averages around 7km/L. The engine is equipped with counter rotating balance shafts. The engine is turbine smooth from idle to redline.

The diesel is still more practical.

Galant GTi po ang may ganitong makina.

I do remember my classmate's dad in my elementary days used to drive an L300 Versa Van with a 4G63 engine. Grabe, early 90s pa iyon.
