Kia Sorento vs. Toyota Fortuner

I was driving home when I saw a Fortuner and Sorento side-by-side. Malaki lang tignan ang Fortuner. Pero sa porma IMHO mas gusto ko Sorento.

Nakakadismaya talaga yung D4D. Yung Isuzu ITEQ ba ganun din?? Parang mas reliable pa rin ang Diesel Engines ng Isuzu kesa Toyota.

Tungkol sa resale value........ sa totoo lang gusto ko bumili ng sasakyan para mahalin ko at magamit ko ng walang kaproble-problema at hindi para ibenta. So resale value is not a factor for me.

I like the sorento. Inyo na lang yung Fortuner D4D

That is why companies spend alot of time and money to take care of their reputation and for some companies that are starting, spend alot to build up reputation and their name. It is really hard for a company to sell its products if there is a dark cloud of uncertainty looming over its head

ill go 4 sorento ,value 4 ur money while getting all options and comfortability u needed,4 wheel drive V6 3.5 ltr ,plus 5 yr unlimitted warranty,dual air bag,abs,spacius and quiet drivetrain, what else do u ask .. price 1.2M .. y not ??

Pag nakasindi ang headlights ng Fortuner sa gabi, parang nakataas ang ulo. Noong nag test drive ako, feeling ko para akong truck driver kasi ang taas. IMHO...

yun Isuzu engine sobrang tahimik ngaun, sa Gateway Mall kagabi may alterra na naghihintay ng amo nila. parang gasoline sobra tahimik while idle ...

apexi_66, naunahan mo pa ako mag post ng pics ng Sorento ko ha. Di naman ako magalit basta nag PM ka sa akin muna. I've read that you are planning to buy a Sorento din and seems same color pa.Ang masasabi ko lang, you will not regret buying a Sorento.Wala ka pang kakambal o woworry na problema na baka tumirik ka

As of today which of the two SUV had a better value to acquire with since Fortuner issues looks like could no longer be resolve and TMP seems to only hiding this issues; suspension, D4D crdi and something on braks system i would rather go for Sorento

I think the Hyundai Santa Fe can be compared with the Fortuner if youre talking about a 7-seat SUV at around 1.5M .

I had reservations about the Santa Fe before cuz its a Hyundai but I got a chance to sit on one today and I think the design and interior quality has improved alot!!

Definitely a much better buy than the Fortuner if you ask me
