any "well maintained" car will last a long time. be it euro, jap, american, korean, russian, chinese or indian brand. dapat ang labanan e "not maintained" car. dapat may test na ganyan. straight out of the casa tapos drive 'til the car dies without any maintenance or repair. dito malalaman kung sino talaga pinakamatatag.

    costly to maintain

eh pag sa japanese naman nakamark na din sa tao na masmura compare sa euro at mas marami talaga parts, easier to maintain pa. tsaka malapit lang dito factory,,

    costless to maintain

tsaka my kanya kanya confort zone sila na iniimplemet

if you where to choose which of this

Audi r8, BMW Z3/Z4,Benz SLR, Lambo Gallardo or Honda s2000, toyota celica, Mitsu eclipse, Mitsu evo

pero doon sa mga nilista mong kotse, I'd take the SLR :naughty2: hehehehe

actually, FORD is good too! well, as long as its their Trucks and Vans. and probably some of their cars too. also, I know about the joke but I think I would say that its only a "joke" and their trucks and vans are not that really bad at all.

I have a 1994 Ford Aerostar XL V6 support van, for daily driving and for work. and it has about 140K miles and it didnt give me any problems whatsoever... yet! lolz! *hope not!!.. knock on wood!!*

    aite, peace.

Hey, we have a Ford too. That old Contour. It may be European in origin. But, it's still a Ford. It's old. But it runs fine. Plus, it's $56 to register and the insurance, very cheap. The wife loves it to death (probably because it's the car she learned to drive in).

Our first car in the Philippines was the old front-wheel drive Ford Laser/Escort (the one based on the old Mazda platform...). Tiny little car, shocks couldn't take the weight of four people (we would rub over every bump) and it was rattly and rusty... Gods, I loved that car. It was nimble, fun and good looking.

My current Ford is another chameleon, like your Contour (man, you're still holding on to that thing? Props! )... it's another Ford-badged Mazda (but you know that already...). Great car.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
