You may also want to consider the space of both cars. When I went inside the Accent I think sakto lang siya sa size (hindi maluwag, hindi masikip). I'd assume the Elantra is at least slightly bigger?
Well, that is if space is an issue... Otherwise, it's hard to decline on a top of the line unit with very good reviews. Design-wise though I think may slight edge rin ang Elantra.

Bihisan mo man ang Accent, pang-Taxi pa din.
Features you rarely use doesn't translate to resale value and in time will be an additional cost to fix. And if you cannot fix the damage, it translates to even poorer resale value.

April 29th, 2011 02:07 AM #26Thanks for the answers mga sirs! I was actually more inclined in the direction of the Accent and your attitudes have strengthened that.

April 29th, 2011 09:26 PM #27I rode a taxi in Singapore just last February which brought me from my hotel to the airport. A Benz E class. :D So I don't know what's wrong with a car that's being used taxis. I think we all know that a taxi is a testament to a car's build and durability... hehe.
Go Accent!!!

Philippine taxis are crude, stinky, dirty, rusty and the drivers drive like maniacs. Not respectable at all...
Singaporean taxis are different. They are respected!

Pero i won't also drive a subcompact that's also made into taxis.:D
