kung di kaya ng budget mo ang SiR, wala tayong choice jan bossing

    VTi ka na talaga.

SiR is an SiR, a VTi can always try, but it just isn't the same.

There are talks though in the other forum that if you put a turbo on the VTi it could beat the fabled SiR. But then you have to spend a little fortune on the VTi for that setup, plus some upgrades to brakes and stabilizers for safety. hehehe.

Pero wala choice talaga if di kaya ng budget, like they said.

Where do you need the SIR for? Admittedly, its a powerful car, but where will you drive that fast here in Metro Manila? Unless you use the expressway everyday, but still there's a speed limit implemented by NLEX. VTI is fast enough to use it on a daily basis.

You can hardly get the engine to spool up to the powerband in traffic, actually...

But the SiR is fun on those trips up to Tagaytay or down south, where you can open her up in third gear.

RE: VTi on turbo? Hmmm... 260k for a VTi, 85k for a good turbo kit, possible 160-180 hp on stock internals. Not bad for 345k. But you still need a stiffer suspension and better rims/tires to put it in SiR territory, and at the 400+k it'd cost you, you could actually get an SiR anyway...

Would be an interesting project, though...

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
