Mas mainit sa mata ang Tucson. Number 3 ang Tucson sa tinitira ng carnapper ngayon.

The Santa Fe is really nice and comfy, but feels like a truck compared to the Tucson or even the Kia Sorento. They upgraded the suspension last year, so it's not as wallowy, but it's still a big softy. The Tucson is more confidence-inspiring to drive.

Yup. Ibang klase ang tagtag. Ibang klase ang tigas ng upuan... Ibang klase ang nipis ng leatherette sa pintuan na madaling masira (ours came off after just a few months)...

I suggest you test-drive first. Those of us with pre-2010 CR-Vs complain mightily about the harsh ride, but I drove the facelifted one last year. They altered the suspension geometry, so the steering is better, and they softened the suspension a little, so it's more comfortable than before.

The Tucson, however, is, hands down, still more comfortable riding than the facelifted CR-V.

If you are in a budget, get the Tucson. If you want a CRV, mas ok yun Xtrail CVT 2WD. Same price but with a 2.5L engine and touchscreen navigation system. Ride is softer, seats are softer, and more reliable. My relatives' CRV, for some reason, has something to be fixed.

But if you can wait, the new CRV and Mazda CX5 may come out next year. The CX5 looks promising and same size lng raw ng Sportage as per caranddriver.com.

Between Honda and Hyundai, medyo outdated na nga looks ng Honda. Para syang lolo sa binatang Tucson.

But in the usage ng pang matagalan, ang lolong Honda is Super Lolo pa din ba? Yung '98 honda city ko is 13yrs old na but okay pa din yung makina. Sold it already.

So naglalaban pa din sa isip ko ang pangmatagalan na super lolo (honda crv) or ang gwaping na bagets (Tucson) pero after a few years, di na maganda makina.....

Di ba naluluma yung oil sa engine pag matagal na syang di napapalitan even if you don't use the car? Di ba sya lalapot or iitim?

Ok yung engine. And it's more powerful than the Honda R20A engine of the CR-V. Ang CR-V kasi ma-appreciate mo kung naka K24 engine tapos Realtime 4WD.

Ah, once ko lang kasi ginawa yan, dun sa FD. I realized that I'll waste some money kung susundin ko. Since Fully Synthetic naman yung VTEC-Lev, kaya yun sa loob ng engine for 10 months. Hehe

Naluluma yun. Pero ok pa naman ang fully synthetic kahit siguro 1 year sa engine. Pero kapag sumobra pa doon, wag na pilitin. I-change oil na.

Kung Tucson / Sportage ang kukunin mo, kung susundin mo yung 3 months / 5000km PMS, semi synthetic nalang gamitin mo para less cost.
