Sold our EX Saloon in a buy and sell for 70k. 1speaker lang, hard clutch pati no car battery. Palit mags, palit shift knob, palit grille (vertical grille na blacked), signal lights (jdm orange)

The buy and sell is selling it for 135k.
PROS: Mura parts, mura sa gas
    CONS: Low resale value

    Civic
PROS: VTEC, higher resale value, appreciated more by many

Nissan Sentra Series 3, used to own 1, good handling, easy to source parts, performance is okay, fun to drive. Downside, is low resale value and leg room is quite tight.

Honda Civic Vti owned this till now, easy to handle, good engine performance better than the Series 3 imo, better leg room than the Series 3. Downside, parts is a bit higher than the Series 3, so far that is the only can I can think of.

I guess a big majority picks the civic. How about the looks department? Lamang din IMHO yung Civic eh. Ganda pormahan.

Maybe because nabahayan na ng insects or mice yung engine.
