Honda City 1.3 S A/T or MAZDA 3 1.6L S A/T

I think I am in the same seat now. Which car did you finally get?

The 3, especially in A/T guise, is slow AND thirsty. Really not worth it IMHO. The City is an excellent car but I find the price tag is... If its 1.5E variant costs 771k, and not the 1.3S then perhaps that would've been more reasonable. Accent 1.6GLS nalang or Elantra 1.6.

I'm for the City here.

The Mazda 3, while still a nice car is a car that came out circa ~2003/2004. The replacement has then since been out in other countries in 2008/2009.

By 2014, the current Mazda3 will be 2 generations old assuming we get the 3rd gen 3 on time...

By then, papalitan palang siguro yung current gen City.
