I have a 1 year old cockroach (City 1.5VTEC CVT)
Basically the same engine as Jazz 1.5V but since it is heavier,
you can expect na mas fuel efficient ang Jazz 1.5V
Current fuel consumption: 12-13KM/L
But of course, since I live at Cavite, you'll have to consider the fact that it is almost worst than City Driving (up and down 20-35 degree slopes).
Performance:
Be it Jazz or City of the same displacement, it doesn't matter.
But as The Borgs put it, resistance is futile.
But then again, maaring nasa driver din yun (but i'm definitely an amateur).
Driver's Comfort => I guess its Jazz.
Cargo Capabilities -> in terms of small chunks of grocery bag, mas OK ang CITY. Pero when you needed to carry big boxes, walang silbi ang ULT seat ng CITY. It wont fit in the CITY's small doors. You are better off with Jazz.
But then again . . . since you have the money, why not go for CIVIC? Mas maraming tuning at jazz-up options.

but these people have cars so I assume hindi blue collar workers. Pwede naman mag file ng leave :)...
