    ahhh.. with such limited budget, I don't know if u can find cefiros or accords with that. Unless, it is yung mga tipong "rush" sale or the car is not well maintained. Pro if u could find one I'll choose either cefiro or accord.. both are good cars, cefiros has a more powerful "power plant" though... cguro u choose the car that is better maintained. 3rd choice would be the civic, mas tipid in all aspects vs. the 2 (accord, cefiros).     i know na there are cefiros for that price ... jst look harder ... alam ko manual nga lang or baka makachamba ka ng matic ... if you can find one sa cefiro ako sulit
