If I we're you, I'll wait for the VNT-equipped new 2.5 diesel Fort.
Simple lang naman, kung mataas mileage mo, maganda diesel dahil makakatipid ka. If mababa mileage, gas na lang kasi mas mura maintenance.
You can compute naman siguro cost of diesel and gas vs your potential mileage.

Seems to worth waiting the VNT-equipped D4-D, altough the current version is already not bad.

August 27th, 2012 12:03 PM #64Diesel syempre. If the price of the 2.5D4D VNT is OK with you, by all means take it. This is a very fuel efficient and decently performing engine. The 2.7VVTi has a voracious appetite akin to V6 engines. If you're getting this, you might as well get the Montero Sport 3.0V6 MIVEC which has much more power but similar, if not slightly higher, fuel consumption.
