Hintayin mo lumabas yung bago. For sure may matitira pang mga lumang Isuzu units. Bagsak ang presyo ng mga 'yun. Hintayin mo lumabas yung bago. For sure may matitira pang mga lumang Isuzu units.

I just took delivery of a BNEW Ford Ranger XLT for work. 5 days old. Hindi na viable ang gas powered car if you commute an average of 400 kilometers a week for work. Its actually the 2nd one we've had. We sold the first one we got 2 years ago and it turned out to be a mistake as we ended up needing a pick-up, especially for our work.

Matakaw nga yung Ranger sa diesel compared to our old Isuzu pick-up pero noticeably more powerful. I tried a Toyota Hilux and an Isuzu Fuego as well before buying the Ranger and was not satisfied with the power.

Since first full tank, i've seen only 8 kilometers per liter. ;) Also, the gap between 1st and 2nd gear is quite unnerving, especially when driving in cut-and-thrust traffic.

What I do like about the Ranger is its power, tapos dual airbags na siya, and yung headunit may in-dash cd player na. Tahimik as well inside the cabin, little noise creeps in.

Laslty, I read an article before in a Singaporean or Malaysian car mag, the Mazda B series pick-up and all its variants (Ford Ranger included) are the most reliable pick-ups in South East Asia according to a survey made by JD Powers in Asia.

I'm just waiting for the warranty to expire before doing serious power mods. ;)

by the way. I also vote for the fuego. as for the ford ranger, di kaya dahil sa based sya sa diesel engines ng mazda pickups dati w/ 12 valves kaya mas malakas sya power wise and fuel consumption wise? ilan ba valves ng isuzu fuego? hmmmm
