    Well, minsan mas mababa din ang in-house financing... lalo na kung may low interest rate or even zero financing.

    Re: discounts... minsan hawshaw lang yan ng mga ahente since minsan may commission sila kapag in-house financing.

    ic. can you recommend banks that offer low financing rates? ok ba tlga bpi at bdo? yun malapit dto s ofc eh.

    Well, in my case (my 2006City) nag-BPI ako at OK lang naman ang rate.

    As for Tucson, mas mataas ang rate ng in-house financing, but considering all the amount you would have cashed out for the whole terms (5 years), halos pareho lang.
