Personally, Xtrail ako sa mga choices mo, the Fortuner is too truck-like sa suspension for my taste.

For me i'll go for the xtrail. More fuel efficient than the crv and easier to drive around than the fortuner. The crv on the other hand would be replaced next year so baka meron marami promo nito pag december.

Xtrail has better off road ability than the CRV and better ride than the Fortuner which is truck based, so the best compromise between the three is the Xtrail.

thanks for the replies. ngayon lang namin nalaman that the current cr-v will be phased-out na pala. sana lang we can wait for the new model, kaso parang hindi na. pagod na kami sa kaka-jeep lalo na pag tag-ulan.

gusto sana namin tingnan dito sa saudi ang compact suv's kaso bihira lang ito dito sa area namin. medyo malayo kasi kami sa city at kadalasan na items sa showrooms ay malalaking cars and trucks, all built for long driving kasi. balita pa namin sa ibang kasamahan namin dito, the models of some SUVs released in the philippines arent the same as those in the market here (hyundai tucson, as an example). unverified pa ito personally, but one of our collegues here bought a tucson sa pinas, at tucson din ang service nya dito. not the same daw ang dalawa.

and yes, we will be driving ourselves tuwing uwi namin. medyo naliliwanagan na kami and our choice is now down to two (x-trail and fortuner).

thanks again, we really do appreciate the replies we got.

It is normal for manufacturers to have slight differences bet. similar models sold in different regions bec. they might have to add or delete certain components and features to suit the market's needs.
