October 21st, 2009 12:19 AM #11Does the Lancer CVT means Automatic (continuously variable transmission)? I think honda dropped their CVT tranny for their previous model.

Well technically CVT and A/T is NOT THE SAME. It just drives the same so no more clutches like M/T. Yeah Honda now uses standard 5 speed A/T and dropped their buggy CVT.

October 24th, 2009 07:49 AM #14Mitsu CVTs have generally had nothing to complain about, which is why they've slapped it on so many other newer models apart from the older lancer (Lancer EX/Outlander come to mind).
Kapag honda cvt - I'd rather stick to their traditional automatics. Mas magaling sila doon.
Choice I would have made as well.:nod:
