October 10th, 2007 10:32 AM #261Get quotations from several branches (example, Ford alabang vs Ford Fort vs Ford Balintawak etc). Same sa ibang brands like Honda and Mazda. Tapos tell them that you have this so and so price. Negotiations lang yan. Pag-awayin mo sila in short.
You know, the practical side of me wants to tell you na SUV na lang kunin mo. I mean for 1M, konti na lang naka Tiptronic (automatic with manual) Turbo diesel ka na. Wala ka pang problem sa baha and rough roads.
For around 1.2M, you can get the Mitsubishi Strada Turbo Diesel (yung mukhang Darth Vader). Isa ring racer yun. Ganda pa ng porma. A little girl driving that car would look soooooo hot.
Compact sedans (like the Mazda3, Civic, Focus etc) are fine but at their price, they're a bit impractical. Kung mga 500k lang siguro (compared to the near 1M prices of sport pickups and SUVs), pwede pa.

Congrats, it's a great car that would fit your personality. Just get use to the M/T but when you hit the open road like the NLEX going to Bocaue during weekends, it's all go, go, go....and you're fc wil be minimal too.

October 10th, 2007 12:13 PM #264I'v you have read my previous posts maybe you wouldn't have suggested that... kc as per my previous posts, meron na kaming SUV isuzu trooper 3.0L diesel A/T and papalitan namin sya ng bagong SUV... meaning 2 vehicles ang plan naming bilin, isang SUV sa father ko at car para sa akin...if i will have an SUV can for myself i will pick a RAV4 or CRV...

why don't you actually start visiting dealers to look and feel "real" cars instead of soliciting advice in the net...
kahit ano naman ang sabihin namin dito, nasa iyo pa rin naman kung ano talaga gusto mo....
pumunta ka na ng dealer para makita mo ng actual at hinde yun puro pics lang makikita mo dito...
'coz in the end ikaw pa rin ang gagamit ng kotse, hinde naman kami, so make up your mind then buy whatever you want...
