Based on your shortlist and intended use, the Everest fits the bill. Very utilitarian. A pick up wouldn't be a bad idea (Isuzu D-Max) too.

    1. Di malakas kumain ng gas. Am i right that 4x2 should be it?
    - Everest. The Escape with u and ur girlfriend, esp the v6, is not exactly frugal. Factor in what you plan to load, and the fuel figures just got worse.

    2. Yung everest kasi yung hood parang flattened ang dating.
    - True. It's essentially a current model Ranger. Wait for the new ones for a better design.

    3. Yung escape parang ala syadong space for baggage? ie sack/s fertilizer
    - True. It'll be able to swallow a week's stuff for two, but it's not really meant to haul. This works in the Everest's favor.

    4. Most of the time city driving lng talaga to so bagay din pang pasyal with gf but also would serve its purpose pang deliver sa mga bagay2x to the farm pag kailangan.
    - Escape for just the city drive and dates.
    - Everest for the farm, esp with hauling duties.

    5. Manual Trans lng gusto ko.
    - Everest lang ata meron ng Manual. Not sure.

Have you tried considering the newer pick-ups? Like the Hilux or DMax? They should be able to haul your stuff, and at the same time double as a date mobile
