    Safest way to brake is to just step on the pedal firmly. Modern braking systems are designed to let ABS and EBD take over during panic braking situations - all you need to do is press that pedal hard.

    For more experienced drivers, you can apply threshold braking - the point where braking power is at its maximum without trigerring ABS. Takes a while to get used to but it's very useful on the track.

    Let's make it more complicated pa! Haha

    You can play with your car's balance. You can shift the weight around when you brake.

    For example, just before you go over a hump, depress the pedal to shift the car's weight to the rear, thus for a smoother entry over the hump.

    Depress means tapakan, so your weight will shift forward when you step on the brakes, not backward. 😊

    Sorry, what i meant was lift your brake pedal for a smoother entry sa hump. Hahaha

    Still confusing ... lifting your foot off the brake pedal is different from stepping on the brake pedal ...
