I would either go with a motorcycle or a diesel vehicle. Diesel due to the extended range comparing to a gasoline-powered engine is a good advantage, and even a plain AUV can hide some tricks like a turbocharger and other stuff, and since they're usually narrow than a world-class pickup it can be easier to maneuver in tighter spaces - I like the Isuzu Crosswind... As far as their beefier underpinnings comparing to a regular bantam, it can ease even some cross-country running, like those Pre-Runner desert racing trucks...

Three-door Pajero: Hello roll-over. Unless your chase is down an off-road trail that requires terrific wheel articulation... in which case, cops have Hiluxes... and you won't be able to drive at more than 20 km/h...
Accent taxi: Two advantages: Torque and anonymity. Disadvantages: Tiny backseat (no gangstas), small trunk, poor suspension, lack of top end punch (get clear air and a Vios will catch you), weak suspension and front end for shenanigans and truly awful steering and tires. I like the Kia Rio better.
Of course, if you follow Philippine movies, you know that the perfect getaway vehicles is a thirty year old commuter car or an onwer-type jeep, because they cost about 50,000 bucks, and at the end of the film, the heroes are going to jump from it as it explodes, anyway.

The idea kasi is to get away from those following you and in the city, nothing beats the MC. Why do you think no assasin riding a bike has been caught red handed yet? This is their fave getaway vehicle Aside from the fact that our police force just don't have the CSI level to investigate anyway. hehe

As far as a rust-bucket getaway car goes, classic RWD Isuzu Gemini is a good option. It can be easily fitted with better engines to turn it into an authentic sleeper, from a small 4-cylinder to a V8 out of a Suburban, going thru some 4-cylinder turbodiesels that have an outstanding low-end torque and enought power to getaway the 1.6L Altis on nitro...

I think any car can do, basta in good condition, and prefer padin MC, another is from the driver, if you have the balls to play with the police car na humahabol, If you think fast kung paano mo matakasan sila, even owner type jeep lang gamit mo kung hindi nila kaya yung diskarte mo hehe

Kinda conspicuous... but as long as the police don't know you're in it, you can get away from the scene of the crime fast.
