Since when sir? Toyota never made that statement. Patanong na lang sa friend mo kung saan nya nakuha yun. Toyota supported taxi trans since the beginning. And about the declining value of car since model can be used as taxi is underated. A good sales agent will never say that unless they are a competitor of toyota. You could also look on the resale value of lets say an avanza to other mpv's... For sure that will be evident enough... Just my thoughts

Talaga? Napaka gullible mo naman pala?
Ang laki ng market for taxi fleet. Unless ikaw ang humawak sa TMP baka ipagbawal mo nga.
Bumababa ang value? Lagi number 1 ang toyota sa sales. Do you think issue pa sa kanila yung notion na nagiging "leser value" dahil ginagawa silang taxi?
Dito lang sa Pinas at sa mga kagaya mo ang may ganyang thinking.
Wag masyado maniwala sa mga boladas ng SA, minsan hindi nila alam kung ano minamarket nila.

April 14th, 2015 11:42 AM #40Well may psychological effect talaga kapag ginawang taxi ang car model mo nang di mo inaasahan. I got that frustrating feeling when same model of my previous Altis was turned into a taxi. Then again when a tsikoteer posted pix of an M3 na ginawang taxi.
However, for this segment, before you buy, prime yourself and expect that it may be turned into a taxi kasi may demand for that purpose. . .
the triumph of man over... man!, using the crudest of implements (by modern standards).
Traffic!
