If you are on a tight budget for purchase and maintenance, best to remove the MRS and BMW 316 from your list.

Mazda3 is relatively poor in the fuel consumption category.

That leave the Ford Focus and Ford Escape.

Which model Focus are you looking at? ... the 1.8L or 2.0L gasoline or 2.0L diesel?

The usual suspects would be suggested like Jazz, City, Vios, Accent, Rio ....

Even the Lancer EX GLX 1.6L with all the discounts will be under P800K.
