Focus, both interior and exterior. If you'd notice, the manual override of the gear is located at the right side, which for a left hand drive felt akward but for a right hand drive, it's a different story. It probably indicates that it was truly meant for a right hand drive car. Not sure though, just my observation and opinion.

The Focus is definitely the most "Euro" you can get for your money (not including the Peugeot, but then the Focus is a much better car, in my opinion).
The Focus is considered more European than American because that's the market the original was designed for. In the US, the Focus was only ever a bit player, in Europe, they're as common as Corollas.
It's sort of like the Escort, that way... BTW, direct spiritual connection... both were tuned by Ford's tuning arm in Europe and were big in Britain and Germany... from the RS2000 Escorts to the Focus RS, they've been churning out great small sports cars while Ford of America had nothing but the Mustang.
That's actually why the Focus handles so well, it's a European "passion" thing.Last edited by niky; April 18th, 2006 at 05:50 PM.

April 19th, 2006 10:13 AM #24The Focus, like its smaller brother the Fiesta, was German-designed and -engineered to get that Euro look-and-feel. The Mazda6, though having a Euro-looking components like the headlamps and taillights, are definitely Japanese through and through.
