    For me choose the adventure.....

We had ours for 11 years we just sold it last year...

it already logged 315,000++ kms on its odo....can still speed up to 140Kph

everything was still running good....except for the smoke nga lang when accelerating....

I miss that car so much....

Get the advie when you're budget limited, get the crosswind or sportivo if you want durability and toughness, and if you don't mind it's slowness, pero kahit mabagal siya it can still keep up, saan mo ba kailangan ng mabilis na sasakyan sa Pilipinas? Unless sa slex, nlex at wala traffic at lubak sa dadaanan mo.

Went to a farm in La Union last week.

We used a 2009 Adventure GLX. Nakakabilib ang tahimik ng makina nya (at idle) for a diesel. Kasi while I was taking a break at a Gas station in NLEX, may tumabi sa akin na Crosswind.

The ride of Adventure is okay for paved roads, but it's a suuuuuuuuuppppppeeeeeeerrrr boring thing to drive. I was trying hard to keep awake kasi baka mabangga ako sa bagal nya. hehehe.

Ideal speed for Adv is around 70kmh. Beyond that sobrang ingay na ng engine. Para kaming nagpapaandar ng kuliglig. hehehe. Pedal to the metal ako sa SCTEX, hanggang 130-140 lang sya.

If you can get a 2002 Starex, that's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better than all of these. I know kasi dinala ko rin sya sa farm na yun na fully loaded. hehe. Sobrang ganda ng ride compared to these.

never driven a diesel adventure, revo lang and talagang makupad ang old school diesels talaga (not CRDI). 80kph*5th gear eh super galit na makina???

I go for Adventure... namimiss ko na agad kahit wla pang 1 week nung binenta.

peeps pareho lang ba ung fuel delivery system on the advie's and crosswind's engines? Sa advie kasi is distributor type, while the crosswind is "fuel injected". i tried googling for more info but it's still blurry to me.

both AUVs dont have ECUs right? Which basically means mechanical ung fuel injection niya?

Ang alam ko, indirect injection ang 4D56 ng Adventure while direct injection with low-power turbo ang 4JA1 ng Crosswind.
