Not sure with the new leaf springs, pero still ano ba ang pwedeng maging difference nyan?
Another issue with crosswind is yung crack sa body frame sa may rear door which is di madedeny ng crosswind owners hehehe...

i am a loyal crosswind owner. i had an 02 XTO before and now, an XUV. honestly, if you are looking forward towards longer use. as in pangmatagalang gamit, crosswind ka na. fuel efficiency and durability is the sphere of isuzu. but keep in mind its deficient in power. mabagal mag accelerate due to its jurassic engine. ang innova, powerful engine kaya sobrang matulin. yup, matagtag din ang crosswind pero madaling gawan ng paraan.

May 28th, 2013 11:42 PM #33We cannot deny that Isuzu diesel engine is one of the best pagdating sa efficiency and durability. Pero yung crosswind as whole, the built, finish, rustproofing, riding comfort etc, wala talaga.
Even during hi-lander days, pagtabihin mo ang same year model na fx at hi lander, at same maintenance, mas madali pumangit ang finish ng hi lander.
Yung isa pa nga na issue yung nagka crack na paint sa may rear passenger door. Kahit yung mga 2010 model na sportive na pumaparada ditto sa may sa amin, may crack rin.

Pang business crosswind, parang truck yan wala inuurungan. Pang personal use, innova kahit 2nd hand. Durable din with carlike comfort and performance
To be honest, its not fair contest unless xwind will have an iteq engine.

January 17th, 2014 07:55 PM #36Crosswind if it were my choice to take, aside from it being brand new. My uncle who has a Crosswind XUV usually has his tailpipe cleaned every car wash to remove all the residue that usually stays in there.

even when both cars are brand new, i still go for isuzu crosswind over the innova. isuzu is known for its durability and fuel efficiency. yong issue na mausok ang isuzu, disabling the egr and adding 2t to the fuel will address this problem. madali rin i maintain dahil almost bulletproof ang 4ja1 engine, matibay. ang downside lang nito, maingay ang makina dahil timing gear at mas mabagal kumpara sa innova . ang crosswind kahit malubog pa sa baha, change oil lang, sigurado aandar yan. ang innova, laki ng damage dahil may computer box na pricey.

Depends on how you will use it....kung pampamilya, gamitin mga 5 years, ok na innova..pero kung pang matagalan, as in pang pang maaaaaataaaaagaaaalaaann!! Crosswind.

Problem with the Crosswind is that after the engine and efficiency (and maybe flood fording capability), nothing much else follows really at this day and age.
As i mentioned before though, the best Crosswind for me was still the first release XTO a/t.
Choice I would have made as well.
