First release crosswinds are also the fastest variants dahil full charge ang turbo. Mine will hit 140 with ease kaya lang sobrang ugong na. Ung latest euro compliant kaya 4jj1-L engine meaning low-charged turbo.

I-compare mo sila sa performace, looks and technology.
Believe it or not, crosswind is nothing but a facelifted hi-lander. Wala naman nagdedeny na maganda ang 4JA1, pero it is an old technology na patuloy binebenta sa atin ng isuzu dahil patuloy pa rin may bumibili.
Take a look at adventure, binago ba ng Mitsubishi?

The Crosswind body is actually a big upgrade over the Hilander in terms of construction, suspension layout, specs, equipment, etcetera.
The older Hilander used lighter duty hubs and axles, and it seems like it had a shorter stroke suspension (I used to drive a Hilander and a 2001 Crosswind, and I currently drive an 04)... while later Hilanders did come with the same 4JA1 that was in the Crosswind Hilander facelift of 01, that car was substantially different... and was actually pretty good for the time when compared to the Revo it came out against.
Of course, the new Crosswind isn't a match for the Innova... but a five year old Innova is still a five year old car with five year old problems... while a brand new Crosswind is still box fresh and about 200,000-300,000 kilometers away from needing any repairs to the engine.
