ano ang comment nyo about the two vehicle? both are 2nd hand vehicle. ang sorento(4x4, AT w/ shiftronic) naka 32+++km, ang everest(4x2, manual) mga below 20+++km. Ung long lasting mga 5-7 years. priority namin ung fuel consumption, parts, resale value.. What you think?

2008 Eve. You mean, yung facelifted ?
Ako, I`ll go with the Sorento. A/T na, 4x4 pa. You'll get the ease in driving around the metro, plus, kapag kailangan ng 4x4 power ... alam mo na meron ka.
Both aren't bad vehicles anyway. Have your car checked sa mechanic, pick what is kept the best.

November 6th, 2010 07:26 PM #3Sorento na para sa akin. Its got decent off roading capability, enough power from the engine, much more comfortable ride due to the independent suspension along with a much more refined interior. Not to mention that it is a true SUV and not pickup based like the Everest. What is your daily route by the way? If it involves lots of stop and go traffic, all the more reason to get the A/T Sorento then. Since their both 2.5 liter diesel CRDi's, the FC should not be so far apart, parts and resale value should not be so far apart either. How much is the asking price, BTW?

Sorento as long as it is the face-lifted Sorento. But if you need the 3rd row of seats... get the everest.

for overall value, get the sorrento. had it for 5 years, no problem what so ever. smooth ride, capable 4x4, matulin, matipid. shiftronic pa. but you will be limited to 5 seats lang.

November 8th, 2010 06:13 PM #8Sorento na. Its cheaper, 4x4, and much easier to drive. The interior looks more upscale too. Pero ipatawad mo yung price. This one here has lower mileage than the one you're looking for, is selling for just 800k tapos negotiable pa!
