bakit daw? I think Honda engines are one of the engines na madali to tinker around with. Anyway, I have decided next year na lang ako kukuha antayin ko na maka ipon pa ng konti to get the gen4.2 rav 4. Anyway yun naman talaga gusto ko.

ewan ko lang pero I think the they both have the same resale value. try to average the prices of same year models of both in the buy and sell and you'll arrive at pretty much the same amount 1998 models 400 to 450, 1999 models 450 to 480, 2000 models 480 to 520.

yung issue I think is more of how many people will actually buy the rav vs the CRV. based on this post cguro mga 4 out 6 will go for a CRV. pero pag datin na sa second gen RAV 4 na lamang cguro.

My 99 CR-V has a b20z engine. average fuel consumption ko noon 7.5km /L city driving.

    lakas talaga hatak ng b20z.

as for maintenance mura na din mag maintain ng honda if you know where to look for parts at banawe (HRC, LVC, Multiline etc...) dami na piyesa dyan for gen1 cr-v since hthe same platform lang sila ng civic dami piyesa for civic pareho sa cr-v.
