February 25th, 2013 01:46 AM #1Eto na naman ako. Okay fine, I've grown tired of the ESi and I don't want an SiR. I want a change but don't want to spend too much. And I like the Accord 5th gen's looks.
Straight to the point:
1994 Honda Accord 1.8 M/T
F18B stock engine
I know malakas siya sa gas, pero tolerable ba pag highway driving lagi?
Any figures please?
Planning to swap to this:

Kahit brief info lang, pang-decide.
Thanks.

February 25th, 2013 11:40 PM #2I don't see the link to the car. Since local Accord's use the F20 and F22 engines, there wouldn't be many reports about its fuel consumption either. But since the F18B has VTEC and uses a manual, it should be more fuel efficient than the F20 non-VTEC Accord under the same driving conditions. Since the engine has been swapped make sure everything was done correctly first.
I would personally much prefer a stock Accord M/T with the F22 VTEC.

Hala so kung engine swap yan malamang tama yung hinala ko sa Marikina kasi location nung auto:

February 26th, 2013 12:15 PM #4There are no 5th gen 1.8L Accord's locally, AFAIK. But the engine seems to be a normal F20 non-VTEC engine. I believe the owner just misdeclared his goods. You'd be doing some restoration with this one. I spy a broken rear right inner door handle, reupholstering on the same door, and lots of repainting. The local 2.0EXi M/T is fast though. My dad drove one to Baguio before. Said it was faster than the 2.2VTi A/T. The front of the car also looks lowered... or is it?

^^^Just to add, black bumpers at punit na plates? Accidents? Mukhang nakalowered kasi mukhang negative camber yung front tires..
Panasonic Lead Acid is now under GS Yuasa. Sent from my SM-S901E using Tsikot Forums mobile app
Which is better? Amaron or Panasonic Battery?
