    Nagpaplano kase kame na pasukin ung taxi business, and then one time nakakita ako ng mga repossessed cars sa PSBank na yellow plate pa, meaning public utility vehicle pa sya. Kaya napaisip ako kung uubra pa rin ba na gawing taxi or ux express ung mga cars na yon (around 2010 to 2012 models)? Kapag na-repossess ba ang isang taxi/uv express, anong nangyayari sa status nila as PUV?

    Malamang hindi na isinama nung ex-owner non ung prankisa (pero jackpot kung meron heheh)

    the authorities keep saying... the franchise is a privilege that is granted to certain entities.. it is not supposed to be for sale by these entities..
    enforcement, however, is something else..

    Hindi kasama yung franchise. Kasi may certificate yan. Not unless nasa loob ng sasakyan yung original copy of certificate.

    Nakabili kasi kami ng school service na L300. May franchise pero wala pang yellow plate sa psbank. Yung franchise kinuha nung previous owner. Ginamit ulit nila

    sorry but i had to sign off fast earlier.
    anyway, what i meant to say was, you might just be buying the rights to the franchise. that means, the ltfrb (or whoever is in charge) still has to decide if it will grant you that franchise or not.
    for all we know, yung yellow plaka lang ang binili mo at wala nang iba.
    perhaps you should ask the authorities first..

    Pag yellow plate po ba, means for public transpo na sya, pero not necessarily legal i-pasada kase walang prankisa?
