ask ko lng po, after we have inspect the car and checked to OR and CR sa LTO, we decided to buy it na, what are the important things to do/remember?

- Deed of sale, Owners ID, License, or passport
- Original copy of Official Receipt and Certificate of Registration

what else? did i miss anything?

a picture of you with the seller beside the car showing the plate number.
and don't forget the duplicate keys and alarm fobs, and the tools, spare tire w/ mag that go with the car, and the ewd..

Original OR/CR ng car/registered owner - no encumbered status or errors.

Xerox Copy ng mga valid ID's nya at valid ID's mo (2 to 3 copies)
in the same paper magkakasama tapos merong name and signature
sa baba or gilid ng papel nyo pareho... to prove na both present
kayo during transactions.. parang yung sa Deed of Sale...

ok na raw ito at matibay talaga... at alam mo yung bahay nya mas ok...

kung hindi naman direct owner at medyo galing or gawa na ng 3rd
person yung papel...

basta may orig na OR/CR at medyo may kulang sa ibang papel...

ipon ka na ng "CASH" for future renewal of registration or transfer of
ownership heheh... coz the more na may masisita or kulang sa hawak
mong papel ay the more padulas ang hihingin sa iyo heheh...

good luck!!

1st thing you must do is check for the authenticity/legality of the papers. wag magpapa-pressure sa seller na kesyo baka maunahan ka ng iba etc . . . it would only take you just minutes-hours to check for it especially pag may kakilala ka sa LTO.

then the other inspections would follow like underbody, engine, etc...
