What to expect from 96 Lancer M/T for 100K?

Bro tsikoters, even at my age I am total newbie pagdating sa kotse at pagdrive, pero medyo matagal na kong nag-research sa internet & forums to buy a brand new car and I have learned a lot, kaso all my research is turned upside down and I need quick answers and inputs, now my wife wants to buy a second hand car, she saw a mitsubishi lancer 96 model M/T worth 110k negotiable and will bring a mechanic with her to check the car...

my questionis, with the model & price, what car should I expect we are getting?

is the price make and model about right, o mahal or mura ba sya?

thanks a lot for the replies bros, we will have "suspension problems" with the purchase and it is expected para sa may edad na ring sasakyan, aside from suspension and kaha, what should we expect sa makina?

gagamitin ng wife ko yung car for one year, magkano mga tol usually damage pagpaayos ng suspension?

GLXI ba na lancer yan? Kung glxi mura yan kasi nabenta ko akin 184k at 140,000+ plus na odometer reading.


Nung nagka kalampag ako pina palitan ko na majority ng suspension parts nung naka 100k na ko sa odo para palit na lahat. Punta ka sa mga zafra or underchassis repair shops na may lifter pero magpa quote ka lang Usually taga kasi mga price dun eh. Free estimate naman sa mga ganun shops at para ma compare mo talga ang mga parts na dapat palitan.

Para makatipid ang ginawa ko sa banawe na auto supply shops ako bumili ng parts at pinakabit ko sa trusted mehahanic ko. Yung mga repair shops kasi dito din bumibili, pag nag punta ka sa banwe tignan mo yung shop na maraming naka motor na naka park at mga mekanikong namimili ng pyesa sa shop na yun. Around 10 to 12k ata nagastos ko nung palit lahat ng bushings, tie rod, cv joints ,4 KYB na shocks, stab link etc.

okey naman pala kung mga 12k palit na lahat at hindi na kami mamroblema sa suspension, hindi lang ako sure kung anong model at hindi pa nasabi ng misis ko...

ano anong models ba nung 96 baka yung low end lang sya kung EL ba sya about right lang yung 100K?
