    Thanks dr. d. I agree that the seller is the one who dictates the price and it's up to the buyer if he'll buy it as per his judgement if the price is reasonable. Like what you said, you're happy you bought a car for more than 300K with a FMV of only 250k because the car was true. And it's really an advantage to those people who can really detect if the car needs something to be done or not. Kailangan talaga ng masusing inspection. Like for example, a 2003 civic with a price of 230K. Hindi ka ba mag-iisip na bakit parang napakamura yata.Or is the price accurate kung ang pagbabatayan mo is year and model lang? Though sympre sa remarks of the seller ay in prestine condition, nothing to fix. etc.. Then there's a stock 2000 civic priced at 270k. Without personally seeing the car, is it justified to have that price? Pero sympre, asking lang naman ng seller yun. It's always negotiable.

    Hmm i tried yun IMSI para mag check ng FMV pero hindi naman po ako maka enter ng details para mag compute ng FMV...

    Is there any other alternative?
