    I would not mind the mileage. Hindi naman siguro laspag kagad yan kasi 1 year lang ginamit.

    Ask na lang reason for selling and make sure na hindi nilulusong sa baha. Ust is a flood prone area.

    what do you mean by kotse pa din? Is it better to buy a 2nd hand suv with that budget? Anyway, I'll check if there are sogns of flooding. But I doubt because the mother is a really good friend of my mother

    Do you really like the car? If so, I don't see why not. Since you know the seller, their reason for selling, and seem to be sure about the condition of the car, it seems to be a good buy.

    That's pretty high mileage to be sure, but then Las Pinas to UST consists of quite a bit of highway, so that's understandable. Our 2013 Strada has logged 18tkms already, so I'd say it's within reason.
