Sir we have a Nissan Caravan (Japan po yun na Surplus galing subic) na pde ipanghatid sa mga airport airport or outing. Sadly, need ko palitan a/t supposedly this week. Because i tried na mag-school service just this year just to get a feel kung ok ba but for this year am planning to get 1 na dedicated for school service lang po talaga..... Thanks for all the help guys.

Like Cavite, bagsakan ng mga carnapped vehicles ang Pampanga so ingat ka sa bibilhin mo dun.

Not really " hindi advisable ". Just be aware on what you are buying.

Ask for legit papers that can certify that the vehicle is really owned by the owner and better if you get to ask the LTO if the specific vehicle that you are buying isn't a HOT CAR. ;)

Kung nacheck mo all of the papers and it turned out to be a clean one then pwede na. It's just like, you're making sure of what you are buying to avoid future hassles.
:D
