Any model before the year 2000 is a journey into car restoration and not suitable for a new car owner.
If it is your first car, then make sure your budget is the car price plus 50 to 75% over it. Kung 150K budget mo, dapat 100K lang cost nuong car. And 145K for a Lancer is a rip off. 80-100K would be more suitable (and look around merong ganyan lang price). As I said restoration exercise yan, so kung car na maraming parts at madali ma restore gusto mo mas bagay Toyota Corolla 1993-1998 (pre Lovelife model sa budget mo).
This said, do not believe na wala ka ng pagagawa after buying a used car. Rather believe marami kang papa ayos bago tumino yan.
Good luck.

If you can extend your budget, do so.
Maraming better diyan kaysa sa Lancer.
If you can go up as 300k, then the lovelife would be a catch.
At paalala, the cost of the add-ons that was made on the car should not be added on the vehicle price.
Ganun yun, hindi yung magpapapalit ng mags worth 50k, tataas na resale niya by 50k din. Nope, mali.
You're better off with CLEAN stock units.
Pwedeng may konting modifications a bit sa exterior pero sa engine, better if stock pa rin siya. ;)

kung 150k ang budget, get a unit na may 100k ang tag price. save the 50k for maintenance and upcoming problems.
