Hello. We are on the process of buying a used car from a car dealer. Tanong ko lang, kailangan pa ba naming dalhin sa LTO yung OR/CR para icheck kung malinis yung records nung sasakyan kung nacheck ko na to sa LTO text hotline (LTO VEHICLE <PLATE NO>., send to 2600) at tugma naman yung info sa OR/CR at wala naman itong LTO apprehensions/alarms according sa text.

by far, i already bought 2 second hand cars
i just used the LTO text hotline,
and double checked if the engine and chassis code are matched sa document and sa unit mismo,
so far, okei naman, napaparehistro ko naman both ng walang problema.

but, for extra peace of mind, pacheck mo sa HPG.

Sir pwede ka humingi ng police clearance just to make sure hindi carnap ang vehicle

i bought mine 3 days ago may police clearance yung seller. i think that helps.
