Needed help on buying used car!

Hi newbie po ako. bibili po kasi ako ng 2nd hand car and nakapili na po ako. need ko na lang kumuha ng license which is malapit na mag 1 month ang Student permit ko. ang tanong ko po ay [SIZE=2]need ko pa ba mag provide ng TIN number or SSS para mapalipat yung ownership ng car sa name ko?[/SIZE] wala po kasi akong TIN and SSS ang job ko kasi ay freelance online job. Please Help po!

You dont need it, just check the OR & CR if they match the vehicle your buying and if its authentic. Dont rush, check all the papers and watch out for ondoy cars. Happy Hunting
