thanks again sa replies, di pa ako nakahawak ng v6 engine na sasakyan, the highest na nahawakan ko is the 4 cycliner, 2.0l ng rav4 and my focus right now. baka pepsi drink lang ang gas sa v6 engine. someday ill try to buy a diesel car

the rav4 is good naman talaga interms of hauling and floods pati ground clearance. pero i dont really haul a lot of stuff. only small bags, most of the time walang laman. just my wife and my 2yr old baby.

my previous rav has tons of problems which appear now and then thats why i swap it. hindi naman sya nabaha. dami ko na nalabas na pera from the past years just for the expensive repairs. parts is expensive mapa banawe or toyota dealer and in the long run i dont want to keep it because its already a decade old. well lets see nalang ang focus ko. hopefully sana mas less maintainance

Nothing, really. Ride is plush, power is impressive and looks wise, it doesn't look dated.

But then, the really poor fuel consumption defeats all of the said plus factors above.

    It's that bad on traffic.

Talking about the 3.0V6 unit here. Used it for about 2 weeks or so, on traffic and on long drives.

In the end, its a matter of ok ka lang ba sa mga fuel economy na 4-5km/L in the city?

Around 5km/L city driving? Nasa ganon kasi yung Accord 3.0V6, and we don't use that one often. Weekend car lang kumbaga. Isip ko kasi kung hindi problema ang FC kay TS like kung may gas allowance from the company or puro highway ang takbo, maganda sana ang Escape V6.

*TS: Kinuha mo na ang Focus? Kumusta naman FC nun, especially as compared to your Rav4?

yes kinuha ko na yun focus. gusto ko kasi un condition nya and i like its hatchback style the fc is better than the rav4.

full time 4wd yun rav4 kaya lagi malakas sa gas. automatic transmission yun. yun fc ng rav4 nasa 4.5 to 5.5 lang. wala kasi yun nung switch na pwede sya i set sa 2wd. i made an oil change dun sa rav4 dati and the mechanic used a lifter sa caltex. humingi ako favor sa mechanic. i tried to set the transmission to D/2/L and all 4 wheel are working fulltime. full time 4wd indeed. yun nga i dont need 4wd in city streets dito sa sampaloc.

    steering sensitive naman,
yun arangkada nya mas mabilis compare to my rav4 (standstill and cruising)

meron naman gas allowance. ok parin naman sakin ang 2.0 na gas.

Ano ba yan... Nagdidip pa hanggang 4.5km/L sa city driving ang Rav4 mo? Parang territory na yan ng Escape and Outlander 3.0V6 ah. And that is also the FC of our Accord 3.0V6.

OK ah, may gas allowance kaya naman pala walang kasakit sakit ang 4.5-5.5km/L. Magkano?
