Masda 323 1999 model for 75k. Need your opinion if expensive or not

I do not have first hand knowledge about this since I do not own a 323, but if you check out the opinions of the folks in the Tsikot community, they all agree with the fact that the 323 guzzles gas. Apparently it has something to do with the gear ratios and ECU programming. I am talking about the last gen 323 sold here, by the way, just to clarify.

I used to have the late model familia ('97), if properly maintained it can do 7-8km/L (ac on) city driving (usual stop & go mm traffic). 11-12km/L hi way. With an at tranny, less that around 1-2km/L.

Mazda 323 Familia 1.6L A/T would get 4-6km/L city ... maybe 8km/L highway.

meron din po kasi binebenta samin na mazda 1999 model at gusto kong malaman kung hinde xa mahirap hanapan ng pyesa..
