pwede naman no appearance basta nagpa emmision ka na eh. Yung online record lang ng emmision lang ang titignan nila, pag ok na pwede na di dalin yung sasakyan. Just had my vehicle registered two days ago without going to LTO. Emmision was done by a testing center near our place. Dati basta naka computer print na yung CR mo pwede na diretso yan , pero nung inimplement yung online emmision record eh kailangan magpa emmision ka na talaga muna bago marehistro yung saksakyan. I think that's the first step when you try to renew your vehicle.

Paano ang MVIR (motor vehicle inspection report), sa bahay/office na din ginawa ang pag-check ng MV inspector?

O hindi naman ginagawa sa atin itong MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTION?

kaya pala isang dahilan ng aksidente ay walang preno etc.. minsan pa may nakita ako kalbo ng ang gulong hindi pa palitan tsk!tsk!
