if your asking price here is 820K, inclusive na po ba ang change of ownership meaning those expenses that entail its sale to prospective buyer :
- notarized deed of sale
- LTO registration change of owner
- possible renewal next week na kasi 2011 na as indicated in the plate ending of 1
- comprehensive insurance

kung kasama na much better but if not then you lower you asking price for those expenses...additional advice lang po. 20% depreciation value is really the basis once the car is released from the casa - paglabas pa lang nyan automatic agad ang price ng casa.
