December 29th, 2010 12:20 AM #91actually wala naman masyado gastos dyan yung notaryo nga pwede ma libre kung may kilala minsan 100 pesos lang yan eh tapos sabay na sa change of ownership kasi 1 year lang yan.. yung change of ownership mas maganda gawin after the expiration of the registration which is 3 years pa. so sa 2013 pa ang renewal nyan sabay transfer of ownership..
yung nagsasabi na 1 year na yung vehicle kasi ending plate eh 1 eh yung registration lang ang luge ng 1 year.. baket kasi yung ending 1 eh january ang registration so yung sticker nyan 2010 2011 2012 so january ng 2013 register na sya instead kung 0 yung ending ng plate number eh sa october pa register
sa 820 k panalo na yan talaga kung meron ako 820 k eh buy ko yan kaso wala eh hehehe

Ma'am,
As others posted dito, 20% is really the depreciating rate once you get it out of casa.
Dont worry about one poster said regarding plate. Anyhow, when you registered your car, most likely you paid for three years. Yung kulang sa binayad ninyo na three years will be deducted when they renew the registration. It happened to me. (oct. 2007 Released, plate ending 2, renewal on feb. 2010, when i renewed, they minus the months hindi pa na gamit sa registration, so i paid less)
Another question is, does the car have comprehensive insurance now? That would also lessen your price as most cars newly bought will have at least the first year.
And when selling a car,its usually the buyer who pays for the registration to his or her name and not the seller.
Dont go for an agent, do it yourself, and although you have pics uploaded, buyers would still like to check the vehicle out. Just meet potential buyers with someone and have them show i.d. Before testing the car.
I would buy it from you, but I don't like Isuzu (again from my experience of owning one before)

OT: Nasaan ang tibay nang masira lahat ng 4JX1 ng Trooper
Wala na rin ako tiwala sa Isuzu ngayon. Maingay na mabagal pa.
